WHO WE ARE:
We are two real estate investors with 40 years combined experience in real estate investments and real estate transactions. We are friends and have known each other for almost 20 years. We both have families and have two children each. One dad is a licensed realtor® in South Florida and a top producer for his firm. The other dad is an owner of many multi-family apartment buildings and is experienced in creative real estate transactions. Our combined expertise has produced a strong synergistic partnership that makes us versatile, insightful and an ideal team suited to solve your problems.
WHY:
The current economic situation has placed record numbers of people in a very difficult situation. In many cases their ability to keep their home is in peril. It was with this need in mind we formed our company “Two Dads Real Estate LLC” more than two years ago. Our combination of experience and passion for the real estate business makes us uniquely qualified to resolve the situation for distressed homeowners.
HOW:

We have a strategic partnership with many investors that allows us to effectively buy your home very quickly and efficiently since we use cash with no financing. We have an excellent working relationship with most of the nation’s lenders. Once your home is successfully purchased by us as a short sale, you will experience a minimal impact on your credit rating compared to the other alternative of going through foreclosure. We have several highly experienced foreclosure attorney’s at our disposal. Two Dads Real Estate also has at its disposal a very experienced CPA that specializes in personal taxes relating to foreclosure. We have a good relationship with many investors in the area who have homes that are available for rent. With these experts available, you will be in great hands to help you along the way.
